These block patterns were inspired by patterns seen on pottery on a trip to Italy.

This is my version of a quilt I saw at a quilt show in 2005.

This quilt was made with the help of my group from the bay area. The pattern is from a book of the same name by Laura Reinstatler.

This is a sampler done the "Piece o' Cake" way. I love the bright colors.

I started this quilt in July 2004 and put the final border on in June 2005. I was going to machine quilt it myself and did some practicing but finally decided I wasn't good enough so I sent it to Veronica Nurmi. That explains the long lapse in the top being finished and the quilting being done. She did the quilting in February 2007. The quilt pattern was designed by Karen Kay Buckley.
